Federally Skilled Workers

Have worked in full-time employment for at least one year or have worked in equal-paying professional employment for the past 10 years. Your work experience must be Skill Level A, Level B or Skill 0 according to the National Occupational Classification. Get a job from a Canadian Employer
- Meet minimum language skills in one of Canada’s two languages (English or French).
- You can demonstrate that you are financially sound and able to support yourself and your dependents (if any).
- If you plan to live outside Quebec, you are eligible.
- Possess a high school diploma or higher.

Step 1 – Submit an EOI (Expression of Interest) to the Province of Nova Scotia

The operating license period for this application is approximately 24 months.
Step 4 – Request for Nomination
The Nominee must ensure that his/her participation will not expire for less than 12 months after meeting all terms and conditions of the Investor Agreement. A candidate can apply for PR (Permanent Residency) candidacy when he or she files an employment report with the Nova Scotia Immigration Service.
Step 5 – Apply for PR (Permanent Residence)
After selection, the candidate must apply for Permanent Residence (PR) with IRCC.
